Would it really be so hard to include a back button? This is the most un-userfriedly app I have on my phone.

I'm a college student subscribed to Lexis, and I downloaded the app to conduct legal research for an in-class assignment. Aesthetically, the app seems obsolete with the new iOS updates. Some parts of the navigation are clunky, but otherwise a great app.

The service is far too expensive for what you get. Salespeople are full of puffery. Read the fine print before you sign a contract.

New version of the app is terrible

I've been using the Lexis Advance app since it first came out and am very disappointed in the current version of the app. The prior versions were user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the current version is clunky. The changes to the app make it nearly impossible to edit an original search from the results page, in fact, it seems that the only way to return to a search is to go one's history and rerun the search. Likewise, it's difficult to filter results and to change the source from the results page. I could call my account rep for a tutorial on how to use the new app, but my account rep has been replaced to someone in the Philippines.
