This is really a non app, it rarely works as designed and is less convenient than the website. Super glitchy and it's not even a free app, as we had to pay 10s of thousands of dollars to be SBL members. It's really silly how a stadium that cost over 1 billion to make has an app we could have had made at the dollar store? This lends itself to a general poor representation of what was such a beautiful team and ownership group aka. The Real SF 49ers Wish we had "Eddie D" back, he knew how to run a NFL franchise, and a business in general. The caliber of organization under his control was top tier in the NFL (he only had one mishap and it was unrelated to football). Now his "step nephew" has the reins and is destroying the Niners good name. Miss the good old days when I was a kid with my parents in 80's and 90's at the Stick. We didn't have an App, but if we did it most likely would have been awesome. Go Niners!

While I think it's a great idea to have the ability for an e ticket on an app, the organization has now completely moved away from all physical tickets. My family have been season ticket holders for over 40 years, and they tell us now that they are no longer sending any tickets out. It's all digits. I'm from the Bay Area and I'm 28. I'm all about technology! But this is stupid. You should have a choice, especially for the older crowd that do t have iPhones. They must be cutting it based purely on saving money which is ridiculous and a shame. Niner fan for life, but this organization is challenging it's fans right now. For some apparent reason.

Love the innovation of the app. Couple asks. Please provide Passbook support (soon to be called Apple wallet) this way the seat tix and parking passes could live above the lock screen without any requirement for network connectivity. 2x I’ve shown up and have been delayed due to tix not reloading due to heavy burden on the cell / wifi networks.

This app is confusing. I'm usually very good with technology but this app just doesn't provide any good qualities and is hard to use. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

My Levis stadium app has been having issues all season. I'm logged in and won't update to allow me to see parking or season tickets. Most of the time won't even load, just spins. I've deleted and downloaded again and again and no luck.

More than clunkiness, the app failed at its most basic functions: parking pass, tickets. Why bother? I don't care about ordering food to my seat. Total fail.
