The app is so bad that it doesn’t even have a sign in button in the home screen. When I finally made it to my tickets, I couldn’t download them to the apple wallet ( the button is there but after clicking it, nothing happened). Finally I tried to calles the box office for help to the phone number provided, and no response. I just hope Incan acceso the stadium at the event today since I’m going with my confirmation number only.

They think their app is so important that they sent an annoying notification every day telling me to update the app. How about you just notify me the next time I try to open/use the app or maybe once a week. Not every fricken day.

Always not available.... probably because they don't even know how to keep the concession lines under half hour. Unless you want to miss a quarter of a game don't bother with the app or concessions.

Probably my favorite feature of all (express pick-up for food & drinks is pretty cool too) in the app: within 3-5 seconds I can replay a major event on the field on my phone. Just works!

Worse than useless. You'll end up waiting in several different lines since no one in the stadium knows which pickup stand you have to go to. It routes you to a pickup stand that's really far from your seat and the directions are broken. It didn't show up at first. And then when it did it told me go left when I needed to go right. Meanwhile you'll pass stands with no lines closer to your seat that have the beer that you paid $10 for but will never get because you chose to go through this Byzantine mess of an app to "save time". Do Not Use. Ever. By the way, I couldn't even cancel my order until I ran all the way to the faraway stand to get my order. Such a waste of time.

You used to be able to push a button for you tickets to show up in wallet. They took that very convenient and useful feature away.

It’s really disappointing to see that the latest “update” actually takes away the ability to save your tickets to wallet. I guess it’s not that surprising as the first couple of versions that supposedly supported wallet, never worked properly. Hopefully this franchise will manage to get things together both on the field and off the field with this app.
