It says you aren’t charged until after your first “free week,” but unlike other apps with 7 days to cancel…you are automatically subscribed for a year and it just charges later. Feels very scammy. Also the background edits look obvious. Not recommended.

Ever since your last update, the app will not open and forces close every single time!!!

UPDATE/Response to developer. I just updated it again and have the same problem. Takes a while to load and then crashes. The app no longer opens I used to LOVE Lensa but after the last update I can’t even use it. The app crashes when I try to open it. I paid the annual fee like 6 months ago and now I can’t even use the app. Very disappointed

This app is for the novice editor who I still trying to learn how to enhance their photos without being overwhelmed or intimidated by lightroom or photoshop. I have been using this app for about a year now and its so user friendly I love it! I have it not only for my Iphone but for my MacBook as well!

I’m not sure why this had such a wonderful rating. I downloaded it, subscribed, didn’t work, removed it, downloaded again, STILL didn’t work, canceled my subscription. I had a picture loaded up and ready and the thing just sits there spinning saying its tools are “warming up” and it “likes to make an entrance.” Meanwhile, it never loads and then it just closes the app. If I could give 0 stars I would have. What a waste of money!!!
