What a waste of time

Last year I was able to replace the backgrounds of a couple of photos and they were impressive. This year I wasted several hours trying to place my granddaughter in a snowy background ….but her feet were missing. I tried dozens of different photos and none were acceptable. Then the.app started to close all of a sudden on both my iPads. How could there be so many positive reviews for such a poor app?
