Terrible amusement park app

To get wait times you have to scroll it's not based on location. Not user friendly. I'm trying to maximize my time at Legoland but end up spending more time trying to make sense of the app. I felt like as I tried to play with it, it kept bringing me to the "deals" page. I'm trying to enjoy my time with family not looking for a bargain. Ended up turning it off halfway thru the day. Don't bother. Do it old school and look at the paper map!

Aggravating. Every time I open the app it flashes the map for 1 second literally. If I click on anything, it kicks me out. With 5 kids to keep up with this app was not even remotely helpful.

The first time i went to legoland, the app worked fine, know when i go, the app can barley stay open for 20 seconds

I get an error message that I need the latest version. There is no option to update the app. Only “open” which is an endless loop of a non-functioning app. Visiting the park in two weeks, would like too use it since the website won’t give any information, that I have to use the app. Frustrating. Please fix!

I rated a one before the update since it was not working. Now after the update, the app works perfect with the wait times and map features.
Better than using a map

We’re at Legoland California a lot. Hate carrying around a map so this app is pretty good. However, there’s several inconsistencies. Example - on Dec 27, 2017 - the app showed the park open 1000 - 5pm. But when you actually open the “date” on the calendar, it shows 0930 to 7pm. Some of the show times are not accurate as well. Overall, not a bad app.

This app was fine for the map, the location was always accurate, however it fails on it’s promise to give the wait times. They are rarely updated and completely inaccurate, for example I join a 90 min line and the app say “15 mins” for the entire 90 minutes I’m waiting. Also got on an empty ride when the park first opened and the app said the wait time was 60 minutes. Useless! Used the app for two days, on the first day I didn’t get any notifications from it, on the second day I got three. Two were location based drawing attention to something I could buy nearby and one was time based, encouraging me to eat dinner in the park.

The title says it all. The wait times are pretty useless. Rides that are closed can have times showing and even rides that have a digital wait time will show up with a lot different number. Of course wait times displayed at the attractions aren’t updated very often, especially near the end of the day. As a map and guide it’s not bad, but don’t use it for wait times.

There are no real useable features other than the map, and the wait times for attractions are horrendously off. Don’t waste your time downloading it.
