I am in high school, but I just started learning Spanish last year. This has helped me a lot to remember what the words are.

This app is fun. It uses different pictures and words to help you learn. You get to play different games to help you. The music is good and upbeat. I'm having fun, the only problem I'm having is the green buttons aren't working properly.

I was only able to play for about 15 minutes before I finished what is free. That was two levels worth, when you rate you get another five levels. Overall there are like 150 some levels. You only get two for free...

I got the free version of this app to help my 5 and 7 year old sons learn Spanish. They loved it and have finished the first two levels in a day. I love the different study games to focus not just on reading the word, but hearing it and writing it as well. It is a well rounded approach and at first the amount of review on such a small word list seemed overkill, but now I think that much review is necessary for the vocab to really stick. I never pay for apps or in app purchases, but I think I will be buying levels 3-22 for sure. I also love that I can create a different sign-in for each child so they can progress at their own pace.

It's cute and fun, a good way to explore some vocabulary, although sometimes it feels too much like a game, rather than an absorbing learning experience. I don't feel this app will teach you to be fluent by any means, but it may help expand your Spanish vocabulary and get you better exposed to proper pronunciation.
App doesn’t work! No customer service to help!

How incredibly disappointing that I have sent 3 emails in 48 hours with absolutely no response whatsoever. What happened to your customer service promise?? Per your website: "Heroic Support is not just what we do. It's really what makes us, well, us. It's that drive to make a difference in your life - no matter how big or small. Really, it's our way of life because we want you to be our customer for a lifetime of fun and learning." I purchased your app Lingo for Spanish, and the "HOME" and "RESET" buttons do not function at the end of each game/round. These buttons seem to be overlayed/underlayed with the words list at the end of the game and cannot be selected at all. Therefore, I have to close out of the entire app just to restart another round. Please deliver on your customer service promise and respond to my emails requesting assistance to fix this bug. My iPhone is up to date and I have deleted and downloaded the app several times attempting to find a correction. Alligator Apps has no phone number to call for customer service, only email. And your website is listed as being in Panama?? Posting a review through the Apple Store seems to be my last resort to contact anyone about this issue. I’ll be happy to remove this review as soon as someone contacts me to resolve the issue. Thank you, Delia
