App doesn’t work! No customer service to help! – Learn Spanish with Lingo Arcade Review

How incredibly disappointing that I have sent 3 emails in 48 hours with absolutely no response whatsoever. What happened to your customer service promise?? Per your website: "Heroic Support is not just what we do. It's really what makes us, well, us. It's that drive to make a difference in your life - no matter how big or small. Really, it's our way of life because we want you to be our customer for a lifetime of fun and learning." I purchased your app Lingo for Spanish, and the "HOME" and "RESET" buttons do not function at the end of each game/round. These buttons seem to be overlayed/underlayed with the words list at the end of the game and cannot be selected at all. Therefore, I have to close out of the entire app just to restart another round. Please deliver on your customer service promise and respond to my emails requesting assistance to fix this bug. My iPhone is up to date and I have deleted and downloaded the app several times attempting to find a correction. Alligator Apps has no phone number to call for customer service, only email. And your website is listed as being in Panama?? Posting a review through the Apple Store seems to be my last resort to contact anyone about this issue. I’ll be happy to remove this review as soon as someone contacts me to resolve the issue. Thank you, Delia
