Frustrated..

EMouett

It is frustrating that this site charges you the maximum even when you choose a plan. Now it is even more frustrating that you pay for subscription, being charged in bank statement and still not having the service. Why is this happening? Where should I call?

The worst

David2367

The website and searching tools are awful. They will not give money back for any reason. The notifications are broken and will match you with the same person, and keep emailing you about it. I never leave reviews, but this is the worst broken scam dating website ever!

One problem...

Icrempsh1

There are automated profiles that click favorite, etc. YOU NEED TO GET RID OF THEM! In every other way, the site is awesome.

Great app

All Classy

I’ve enjoyed being a part of it! Compared to other apps this app does just as well or better!

Needs to have a chat feature on the app

Kungfupriest

I gave it 3 stars because you can’t chat like you can online. Other than that it’s a nice safe way to meet someone. I do wish I wouldn’t see the same people if matches me with every day. If I say no it shouldn’t show them again. But for LDS there aren’t really very many choices when it comes to online dating so this is the website I use.

Do not .

This site will send you notifications that you have messages , once you paid you find out there were just generic flirts , not even send by the person. My membership got renewed even When i had it off . I try to contact them and never heard a response . Most people from this site are on other sites like tinder or bumble . Save your money - you can still find someone one with LDS standards on other sites .

Overpriced membership options, poorly developed

italisman

This application exists only because the alternatives may be worse. Every time you login you will be presented with the same exact set of choices of who to swipe right or left. Buggy. Chat interface is cramped, hard to read and doesn’t permit sharing photos. If you accidentally tap anywhere outside the chat interface the dialog closes and you lose everything you just hammered out with your thumbs.

Everything about this company is criminal.

csstrom

Don’t use this app. Don’t use this company. They are shady at best. They say they will give you a deal, but rip you off. Their customer service is abysmal. Their app is terrible. Don’t waste your time or money!

App doesn’t match the website.

GI Joy 101

I logged on to my account through the website. Then I downloaded the app I hopes it would save me from pulling out the laptop and checking however the website is completely different from the app, the profiles are even different. How is this possible. I paid for a month, however it doesn’t show my paid status on the app. Completely frustrating! I was interested in talking with one individual however I went to look for him on the app and he isn’t there. So I don’t know if the app is even updated. Completely confused.

Not impressed at all.

This app is by far one of the least user friendly dating apps I’ve seen. The developers can’t really do much about whether the users themselves are eligible or attractive, but the functionality of the app is terrible. 1. Don’t send messages on my behalf just because I looked at a profile. Half the time the app is so buggy it’s opening the profile when I’m trying to decline interest. 2. Stop offering me the same six people as new matches. If I thought they looked creepy yesterday I haven’t changed my mind today. 3. There is no obvious method of editing what’s in your profile, so if you change your mind later about what you want it to say, you’re stuck. 4. Offer a week free trial of all functionality before charging. In order to even see if I liked the app I had to pay for it...and I DON’T like it. Now that I know that, I can’t find how to cancel my subscription. I know what it says in the terms and conditions, but the option isn’t on the app itself, which I find dishonest. All of these things combined virtually guarantees that anyone who values their time won’t spend long on this app, so leaving these issues present on the app essentially means the majority of the interesting and engaging users will go elsewhere to find suitable matches.
