I bought this a while ago when it was an inexpensive one-time purchase because reviews said it was so useful. It wasn’t so useful for me. This has generally been the case with 3rd-party launchers across all platforms. Now it comes with a significant annual cost. Now I’m not even interested in using what I have already paid for, because tracking features a la carte is just too much trouble for what it does.

Bought this app when it first came out used it 2-3 times and is sucked. Decided to give it another try and now that it seems cool you guys want more money? Not a fan of that! Why not get my money back when it really sucked and super buggy? Nope! Fix the bugs and make it work better and ask for more money seems to be the new app scam. The better app makers grandfather in the early adopters, scammers ask for more money. Got it!

Backup is broken

The app sends a backup file to Dropbox but the backup does not show up in Launch Central Pro, and I do not see a way to contact support

The only consistent way to launch actions. With one tap, I can call my wife. Nothing out there has as many hooks into other apps as this. They have put in the work and they have created the only action launcher that I use

Can’t add any app you want

You can’t add shortcuts to any app you want, which makes this app worthless for me.

NFC stickers do not work

One of the main features I was excited for was the NFC stickers. When the feature originally rolled out I bought the stickers and attempted to assign them to an action. They don’t work. Every time I scan the stickers it takes me to a generic download this app from the App Store page instead of taking me to my launcher. Responses from their support team have been infrequent. Otherwise the app is fine but having paid for this feature and still not being able to use it I can’t rate the app as being good.

Useful, but not a true launcher

I was thrilled to learn that there are third party launchers available for my iPad, but unfortunately that’s not entirely true. This is another app, not a launcher. Pressing the home button still takes you to the default iPad home screen, and I can’t find any way to change that. I bring this up because Android launchers can entirely replace the default home screen that came with the device, and it feels misleading for this app to call itself a launcher when it is missing that essential component. It still seems like a great utility to have, but if you’re hoping to replace the home screen with a better one this isn’t it.

Not satisfied with limited functions

It's not as flexible as is claims. You can do whatever this app is going to do with shortcuts and more simply by adding app icons into a folder! This app even have no part ios sharing sheet? I wanted to translate a highlighted text in a webpage it was more difficult than i thought and frustrating. Just let's go and uninstall it from my iPhone☹️

Does not support new iPad screen

I would expect a premium app like this to at least offer a paid update for modern iPad screen support
