Simple but deep

Great game! Easy to learn but hard to master and it can get as cerebral as you want. Awesome to kill time every now and then and play with friends. Totally recommend it!

Needs internet to play, charges you money to keep playing

I like games I can play anywhere, anytime, without being bothered by ads or dumb offers to pay more money for power ups or lives. In this game, if you run out of lives, a timer shows up that makes you wait 20 minutes or you can pay $4.99 to play again now!!! What?! The game will not let you play if you are in airplane mode either. And there are gems to earn so you can get more lives, etc. Wish I could just play this simple game without all the extra hassle. I deleted this game.

Awesome game

Fantastic game, challenging and entertaining at the same time. Great AI to play against or you choose one friend or random person to play against... thanks!

Excellent game and developer

This is a great game, simple to learn, tough to master. There are three different speeds to play (casual not timed, a 5 minute game, and a 2 minute game) which makes it interesting and good for practice. I have had no trouble with tile placement or the other problems some reviewers mentioned. The developer is awesome! There was a glitch with a theme purchase that charged me both money and coins. I emailed the company and within a day it was fixed and they gave me twice the number of coins I’d lost. I’d say that’s pretty great!

Super Entertaining!

Latice is one of my favorites games ever. I have the physical board game too, the app lets me practice with ease and speed. If you like game apps a lot, choose Latice. Danger: very addictive!

Fun but challenging

Magicalyn

This game is a lot of fun! It is a little challenging to learn, but I feel I am getting the hang of the strategies needed. My only criticism is that it is a bit of a battery drain compared to other games. I wouldn’t play it anywhere I didn’t have a charger available.

Awesome

I’m not a big fan of video or cellphone games but this one is just fantastic. Great time filler and brain exercise when you simply have a moment.

Fun, but needs some tweaks.

Great game, but seems to have a few bugs. Wins against some opponents do no result in progress towards next level in many instances. Also, playing against some computer opponents results in lengthy waits for computer opponent to complete moves. If those issues can get cleared up, it would easily be my favorite game

Love it perfect companion when you on the way

Great Game I have the deluxe board game and my family and friend enjoy it immensely with this one we could go on playing online wherever we are love it ?

Fun but buggy

I LOVE this game, in both app and board game form, and play it constantly, but the bugs are frustrating. At least a few times a day, the app says “something went wrong” after I complete my move, then undoes what I’ve done. It continues to do this until I force-close the app and sometimes even after I re-open it, it continues. Also, the advanced level bot takes at least 30 seconds for each move (up to 5 per turn) and it seems that I must have our game open and watch it make its move in order for it to actually move...otherwise the game sits forever in my “your turn” queue, and every time I open it nothing has changed. The easy and intermediate level bots don’t have these issues. Finally - I don’t love the pricing structure for the in app purchases. 14.99 for unlimited lives?? Even the really popular big name board game apps like Ticket to Ride, etc are less than that for the full game. And that doesn’t even give you extra theme options or anything else - just the lives. IMHO, I think the developers would be better off just charging everyone a reasonable price up front for the entire app instead of over-priced in app purchases, or at least have a set price to upgrade the entire app. Or better yet, give it free to those of us who purchased the board game ?
