Decent game but there is no customer service they never answer at all and your request or complaint ends up getting closed out 5 minutes after you wrote it, and this auto shield stuff has got to go, one of the more inexpensive games other then heroes which to get gold combat heroes feels almost impossible for free players! PLEASE STOP AUTO SHIELDING PLAYERS after attacks!!! I want to be able to zero every soldier not just wound them! This happened on 8 bases in a row after the first hit!

I’ve gotten to a stage where they literally said this pack is required and they out right say the only way to get the pack is day paying 25 bucks irl cash.
My advice? Anything but this game!

Let me start off by saying that I’ve played this game now for over a month, I gave this game a much longer chance than it deserved. When I started it claimed you could reach level ten on the first day, well I didn’t, no big deal but I’m still on level ten because it’s impossible to grow/gather resources. Other, higher level players would always be attacking my shelter and taking ALL my resources, when I attempt the same I'm lucky to get 5k of anything, and that’s after a successful scouting mission. I’ve literally spent the last two days healing soldiers and trying to keep everyone in my shelter alive gathering food and water, I haven’t been able to have enough resources to do much else due to all the higher levels constantly raiding my shelter, killing all my soldiers and taking every last resource. Personally, I think the developers should give less incentive for high levels to attack the lower ones so they have some chance of growing, I can’t imagine that I’m the only one who has quit because of this issue. If you want to be successful at this game you have to spend money and they only have deals while you are a lower lever. When I first started I noticed they were selling currency packages for $0.99, now they are $19.99 and I really don’t want to spend money only to have some high level player take everything. I wouldn’t mind spending $0.99 but $20? No thanks, your game isn’t that fun. Long story story short this game requires a lot of money to get anything done without being frustrated all the time. My advice? Anything but this game.

Pretty fun game until it gets to a point that people 10 base levels higher are constantly attacking you over and over and you cant do anything about it. Please fix

Was a real fan of the game at first, because there is much to do. But in the gist of it, it’s just a pay to play/win game. Takes a long while to level up and make a functioning city after hitting a certain level (city level 6/7). And it doesn’t help the same few people (that are multiple levels higher) come and attack you 7/8 times (each) in one day, which pretty much makes it almost impossible to keep advancing. Because all your soldiers are down and need to be healed, and all the resources that took hours to collect keep getting stolen. If you enjoy a game that you get attacked all the time and can’t do anything in, this is definitely the game for you.

I like the game at first, but then it became a problem when I get to higher levels. There is no information on how to play the game, I YouTube and read and none of the information is clear. I keep getting raided and I don’t know how to fight back or how to defend my city. I ask for help and nothing. I’m sure it’s a good game, but more step by step instructions is needed. I keep can’t even get the chance to breathe long enough to figure it out.

Lost account switching accounts. to many options to go thru Im account, Game Center or Facebook. It would log me in to a Facebook account that wasn’t mine. Then won’t let me log in my account saying invalid password. I toke a picture and wrote it so I know it’s correct. It has been hell trying to recover my lost account so I started another and thought I go back to my old alliance. well found a nice spot to teleport spent $10 for 2,000 diamonds to make this move and it tells me it cannot be done find another spot.not realizing it just toke my 2,000 diamonds and didn’t teleport me I tried a different spot same state and nothing. The game just toke my$10 I am sick of going back and forth with a robot and filling out a lost account form oh and not even sure How to report my 2,000 in coins that was ripped off I spent more then $10 in this game this has been the worst experience I have ever had in playing online game .I closed the accounts deleted the game don’t ever lose your account or diamonds. I give them one for trying and getting back to me but this was not resolved and me spending $10 for a teleport I did not get that was the last straw.
