I cook all my meals from scratch 85% of the time but I always have to break down each ingredient otherwise Lark assumes it has too much sodium. Not accurate at all and you are not able to edit ingredients I.e. homemade meatless meatloaf. I only use it because I haven’t really found anything worth switching to but I’m hoping that will change.

The Lark app is like a friend on your shoulder with a charter you need. The friend has your best interests at heart and works to keep you on track. I love it.

The app guides you through your day and very easy to help you track healthy habits. I like the back and forth. Downfall haven’t figured out how to sync to Fitbit and when tracking food needs a larger data base withe restaurants etc.

I like that it tracks my movements and gives me feedback on my daily food. It cheers you on and gives pointers. I just wish I could give more personal feedback of my own,

Getting responses in the app are very slow. I find myself unable to spend the time that the app seems to require unusual time just to wait for it to respond and “type” it’s messages.

Easy to use app. Encouraging words daily to keep you going when it gets tough. Tracks your daily performance and gives you quality feedback. Also tracks sleep, meals and many more health related items.

I’m a recovering binge eater and realized once I stoped binging that I don’t know what normal eating looks like. The Lark app does a great job of encouraging healthy choices and makes it fun to eat healthy. I also enjoy trying to get enough activity every day. User-friendly app with great support. Can’t say enough about it! :)

The way this app helps keep you focused is amazing. It explains things like macronutrients. What is saturate fats and when you need more fruits and grains. It’s right there at your fingertips without having to make an appointment with a dietitian.

I signed up because I was diagnosed with prediabetes, and I’m on a special lifelong eating plan specifically for prediabetes/diabetes. Lark doesn’t let you customize your eating outside of vegan/vegetarian/dairy free/gluten free. There is no option for low carb, low carb high fat, high protein, or keto—all of which are prescribed by endocrinologists for patients with prediabetes or T2D. Frankly I found it incredibly frustrating to be told DAILY that I’m eating too much saturated fat (I’m not) and that I’m not eating enough fruit and grains (which spike my blood sugar!) I deleted the app after my Fitbit shipped. They also have ads advertising a higher model of free Fitbit but once you qualify you find out you get the lowest model for free and have to pay for higher models. I’ll just end up selling the free one (because I already have one just like it and hate it) and buy a higher model that is used.
