I like this game but as I downloaded the new update, it crashes every time I try to play

Love the game, but it keeps glitching- throwing me out, freezing; too frustrating to bear. Had to delete it.

After months of crashing problems, the app is now working like a charm!!! Thank you, tech support, for making this fun, challenging word game do what it is supposed to do!!! Now, if you’d give more moves in the “extra moves” or the initial moves set, it would be even greater. But hey, that’s part of the challenge, too, to achieve the goals in the number of moves allotted. With all of the boring “match 3” type game apps out there that all copy the same game pattern, I'm amazed this game hasn’t been cloned by others. I don’t tire of playing Languinis as I do many other games. Thank you again for fixing the crashing issues. Oh! And can you bring back the function that allows players to check the words that got rejected to see what mistakes we made, and to report words that should be added to the dictionary? That was helpful. Be well, stay safe, and keep making this the best word game app!!!

I love this game, but it needs improvement! I understand challenging, and i like to be challenged, especially in word games. This is one of the best i have found. But honestly, there is so much frustration playing this game. And you either have to pay or watch long ads, only to fail again and again. Somebody is having way too much fun figuring out how to drive customers crazy, while keeping them hooked on the game. Believe it or not, I like to win and succeed sometimes. I get that sometimes i might have to try more than once, but not as much as i do. I am almost at level 100, and i would like to get there. But I’m using all the helps i stored up for harder levels, and i am watching way too many long ads to get through levels, only to fail at them again. It is fair to say i am getting pretty annoyed with the developers and might need to uninstall this game, because it is not user friendly at all anymore, and that takes all the fun out of it!

I got to level 115 maybe and the game crashed all the time. I contacted support and they gave me troubleshooting advice. Your typical shut the game off, start it over routine. This didn’t help very much but besides this downfall the game is fun and stimulating to the mind. I gave 4 stars instead of five obviously due to crashing.

I love this game, very challenging. I got to a higher level and at first started buying coins but I just can’t do that...if I have to quit playing I will.....can’t spend my money on that. However the main problem is that now the game crashes every few minutes. There is one particular ad that ALWAYS freezes so anytime that one shows up, I just go ahead and restart it myself. But now it is at the point that the whole game just stops with no warning. I tried deleting it and downloading it again, but now it is worse than ever. I can’t get it to work for even one whole game. I have tried restarting my IPad but that didn’t help. I don’t want to stop playing but I don’t know what else to do.

It's a great game until you get into the levels of the 400's. At that point the difficulty gets way way over the top and to the point that no skill can help you and only power ups will get you through. From then on it simply becomes only a game of true frustration rather than fun. When you are on the same level more than a week it's time to delete. .... Personally I would rather have a challenge that's fun than repetitive exercises in futility and frustration.

This is a great game as it includes word and problem solving. I would haven 5 stars, but I’ve noticed some stability issues.

I’ve played this game a long time and finally got tired of it crashing just before I could win. I deleted it and reloaded it and it crashed the second time I played. The game is fun, but it’s frustrating to be a move away from winning and have the game crash.

It’s a fun game but the amount of times it crashes is ridiculous. It’s to the point that it’s just not worth the effort. Crashed 3 times on the same level. In a matter of minutes of each other.
