Great game, but it’s always crashing!

The developers have something going here...a good word game with multiple strategies...but it crashes A LOT! I’ve almost deleted the app several times because it’s so frustrating, but I keep hoping they’ll get on the ball and fix the bugs. I’ll give it a little while longer and if it continues, it’s gone. ARE YOU LISTENING DEVELOPMENT AND Q.A. TEAM?

Too many glitches

I love the concept of this game and enjoy playing it but it *constantly* glitches and closes down randomly in the middle of play. To try to fix it, I've uninstalled and reinstalled; as well as tried rebooting my phone. Nothing fixes it.

App crashes too much

This is a fun game but the app will crash mid-game and you will lose all the progress/power-ups that you used for that level. At first it didnt bother me, but as i played the game more it became too frustrating.

Great game for constant ads, crashing and in app purchases

I’ve been playing this game since it came out and it’s really gone down in quality. It gives you less time on each level now as it expects you to keep feeding it $$ with in app purchases. It crashes way to often as you’ve completed a level and makes you start that level again. My latest in app purchase didn’t record in the game so I didn’t receive the extra coins I purchased and still got charged for them in the App Store. I don’t believe the developers are the same that started this game and obviously don’t care about its integrity or customers who play it.

Great game but too many crashes

After reading the reviews , I’m glad to know I’m not the only one having a problem with the game crashing and kicking me out. I too have reported the issue many times and have gone nowhere with their support people. I have also received the same generic messages “we’re sorry blah blah blah” or “our team is working blah blah blah” or my favorite “we are sending you some coins blah blah blah”. Baloney!!! They never sent squat!! The last straw was when I asked a question of why a certain change was made, the response was “we don’t have access to why it was done”. Whaaat?!?! Do yourself a favor, do not download this game! The idea of it is really fun, but the execution is terrible. Save yourself the stress!

Am sick and tired of game crashing over and over despite deleting game and reinstalling or restarting my phone!!! Spending money on this game is a waste! No help from game staff... I give up! Will delete and find other games to enjoy.

I enjoy this game so much but until the bugs concerning payments are worked out I will have to put it away. I paid to “break” my piggy bank but it didn’t break. Thinking I may have done something wrong I submitted another payment. Still no break. I sent a message and have had no reply. Today I took advantage of a 75% off sale that offered a number of help items but I didn’t receive those. Today I used a piece marker to remove all blockers but it blocked none. Such a shame, a great game, helpful challenges.

I cannot get thru one game without it shutting down on its own and losing my progress. Too bad. It really is a good game if you can make it they at least one round

Crashes out of the blue repeatedly

I wanted to like this game but it got too frustrating because I was doing great, especially with harder levels and then right at the end when I would win on the first try and was supposed to get bonuses, the game crashed and it was right back to square one. I almost paid for this game because I liked playing it so much but am very glad I didn’t. It happens too frequently for me to invest any more game play. What a shame!

I’ll save time writing by steering you to the reviews that complain of crashing and for glitchy coin purchases. Then read the responses from the developers. Wholly inadequate...great game when it works. Tried to get in the game 6 times this morning and it, crashed. Every. Time.
