It won't find the panel. The previous software could read the panel no problem. This needs a big fix or a refund!

Just Work on wifi and close to the unit, not Work on 3G to bad, not worth the $10, dont waist your money

Love the product but the app (paid) is disappointing. App times out and I'm unable to reconnect. I hope this is resolved in future releases.

I love the app but i would like to know the app ios url handle so i can launch it within my home remote contol. i tried l5100://,,, it didnt work, any suggestions???
Does not work on the 5200 panel.

Unfortunately I purchased this app not knowing it does not work on the L5200. When I go to sync with the alarm per the instructions it displays an error message stating this panel is not supported. The lynx connect does work and installed with no problems. So I ended up purchasing both. Any chance on getting a refund for this app?

Use to work flawless before iOS 9!!!! Please FIX! Update: deleted MAC address from main alarm system, re installed, everything works as did before!

I just download the app to my L5400 Touch. I love it it connected right up upon download. Works great with my system.

The app never connects to my L5100 -- it just says "Discovering Control Panel..." forever. This is on an iPad Air with iOS 9.3.1 and my panel has the L5100-WIFI module, and I can ping it and my monitoring service can connect to it. What a waste of $.99!
