I love your app, Kylie, but I wish you would update it more! I’ve seen all the content in less than 3 days, and I’m already ready to get rid of the app because you don’t update it enough!! Also there’s a problem that keeps occurring that I think you should try to fix, your app keeps freezing randomly. I have the latest version of iOS and one of the latest phones, so I’m sure that it’s a problem with the app. I’m not a huge fan, but I like your makeup and your content so I hope you can fix this before I cancel my subscription because I don’t want to feel like I’m wasting my money on someone who doesn’t care about her content.

This app is an absolute waste of money especially since Kylie won't be posting on it anymore and probably never did in the first place. I used to enjoy this app and now the content is boring and a repeat of information she has already posted. I have unsubscribed and deleted the app. It's a waste of money and time.

This is a terrible excuse for an app. Unless you want to know what her snaps were for the week or she will post lip kit shades and will pick random things that are the same color. Like what am I even paying for? She puts no effort into this app do not buy it. ?

Not worth it anymore!

I have been paying for the app for around a year now. It use to be so fun only her loyal fans got all the latest makeup information well before it dropped. She would live chat a lot and always post something new daily. Now that her team has taken over A LOT has changed. Daily post are a thing of the past and if they do post it's something she had already talked about a couple months earlier. I decided to end my subscription it's just not worth the money anymore.

Come on KYLIE, start posting again!! You used to post current style trends, awesome skin care products, glam sessions, make up tutorials, etc. Now it seems like only one post daily, and today nothing. If you continue to post like you used to, 3 to 4 posts daily, you will keep your subscribers! That is what we love about your app.
