I downloaded this app like 2 years ago. I didn’t put in any payment info. I deleted like two days after I got it because I realized that I didn’t care. But for the past two years... the app has been charging my bank account $3 a month! I saw the transactions and for some reason I thought it was just my Apple Music. I’m glad I realized this! Be careful!

The content itself is great, but you can’t enjoy it as much because the app keeps crashing. It will exit itself in the middle of reading. Fix it please!!!

I feel like what would make the app better if their were more updates. She should add more makeup tutorials, cooking with Kylie and etc. if your going to charge people $2 a month to pay for the app at least you can do is make the app more entertaining and enjoyable.

The music is pretty good (when it’s not cutting out; otherwise worth $3 IMO) and being able to buy things is pretty cool (and kinda expensive; What happened to the cheap alternatives?) But it doesn’t really update daily like y’all say. Content is 95% of the app and y’all aren’t doing too well

So I canceled my subscription a long time ago, I was under the impression that I was not gonna get another recurring charge, since I have my credit card under autopay, It went unnoticed for a couple month that I had kyle Jenner app charge my CC, I email customer Service and they told me that my account was still active from my regular Personal computer, since I have log in my laptop, I got a second charge for using the kyle Jenner app/content from my laptop but using the same account, I was told that it was a different subscription and that I needed to unsubscribe from my computer as well to be able to stop completely the charges and that they unfortunately don’t do refunds. That’s how it ended up.
