The app is easy to use, and has good information. My main problem is it isn’t reliable when it comes to a property’s listing. Many houses we’ve been interested are shown as active but when we showed up to see the house we find that it’s under contract, or has been sold two months earlier! It’s very disheartening when you’ve been looking for houses all day and more than half are actually unavailable! I now have to triple check on multiple apps to be sure...

I use the sales and rental search feature, open house search tool, and the new tab for KW mortgage. I always share my KW app with anyone talking to me about property sales or rentals.

I love this app. It’s so easy to go into neighborhoods and see what’s for sale. As apposed to ridding around just looking for sale signs
App Crashes

App crashes every time. Great features and functionality but once you get started on a search it crashes.
Login woes

App is good overall, really helpful for searching and saving listings, but recently ran into log in issues. First, trying to log in I get an error message about my account not having a text code and to contact support. Tried to reset my password thinking I just had it wrong, it was telling me I couldn’t not reset my password with no explanation. Finally contact support and essentially found out that, as a user and not an agent, there was nothing I could do to manage my account and that support could not help me with my login troubles. My agent was able to work with support to get my account deleted so I can create a new one, but it’s saying it wasn’t actually deleted and that I cannot make a new account. And now I’m back to square one with support. I’ve currently been unable to access my account and all my saved listings for about 2-2.5 months by now.
Needs overhaul

This app is missing a lot compared to Redfin and Zillow. It needs a new user interface that makes it easier to see important property details and search for properties. The search bar should also pull up previously searched properties. I hope this app improves to create a better home searching experience.
