It's a tool, but not the best

I use this app in tandem with Trulia to cross reference listings. Good things: 1. MLS official - you know the listing are accurate and actually there. 2. More and different information than Trulia, and you don't get any auction properties. Problems: 1. 24 hours to update. You won't see the most recent price changes or listings 2. Photo glitches. Many photos won't display, when they display fine elsewhere. 3. The favoriting system is clunky and won't show if you've already favorited a listing. 4. No "marked as read" feature - Trulia greys out listing you've already looked at. Here it's easy to look at the same property over and over unless you have a way to keep them straight. 5. Doesn't save searches.

This is a great app...I am able to check listings at any time and makes this whole process a little easier. The photos are wonderful.

This is the best gone viewing app available. Not only is the information up to date and accurate, if you have a great agent you will acquire a life saving list of other service professionals as well!

This has the potential to be the best real estate app but it needs to be refreshed more often. I get notifications about new properties, prices changes, status changes, etc sometimes days earlier with other apps. And yes, I have notifications set to instant.
