Stuck in screen and my vip account deleted for not accessing for over a year
Eye used to like it
Stuck on loading screen and tried countless things and still stuck. And my VIP account was deleted for not being accessed for over a year, over $200.00 was spent on it. Feel like this game is getting trash by the second.

Just re-downloaded the game as I forgot how to spell it and been through different phones.i lost my original character but it’s fine as I started with the monk and so far I like the monk.can’t wait to try other new characters
The Good, The Bad, The Ugly

The Good: Auto combat, passive playing, great login events, great seasonal events, great GM Boosts! The Bad: PvP is always P2W. VIP levels are cash bound for in game benefits (EG auto special use on boss, is tied to gaining VIP level 3, which in turn is a specific amount of cash spent on the game. This goes for EVERYTHING that benefits your account AND gameplay.) The UGLY, and I do mean UGLY!: RNG is NON existent! When you clear a stage, you get to choose a free chest that contains an Ok item, good item, GREAT item. Since you get one pick for three chest, you should have a 1 in 3 chance of getting any item! This is NOT true! I tested picking the same box 100 times in a row, and got these results OK item - 84 Good item - 16 Great Item - 0 I then tested 100 boxes with random selection (Closed my eyes and tapped randomly on the screen), and got these results OK item - 73 Good item - 27 Great item - 0 Now with the chance of getting any level of item being a 1 in 3 chance, 33.3333333%, the numbers should be FAR better then what my testing has shown. This is also important when it comes to the daily Dungeon, your five attempts at clearing it, and the three chest at the end. You will get 1, 2, or 5 Astral Shards. So far I’ve only ever selected 1 astral shard, and pulled a 2 astral shard enough times that I can count it on one hand, in months of playing. This goes for ALL RNG. Upgrading armor, wraps, acc, combining, etc. From what I can test, you will have to spend THOUSANDS to raise your VIP levels, in order to improve your chances at better RNG. As a side note, for the early on leveling dungeons, the RNG on chest loot is pretty even.......if that helps.
Christmas (PLEASE READ (GOOD IDEAS))

Add christmas avatars for christmas (on sale too) and do that for every holiday. Also i love the game i have so much fun playing but i feel like you should add an item to make you gain xp faster. I also feel like you should add a shop where you and other sell items,gear,avatars on an online market to other players for karats or gold and have a min/max amnt. Cause i have a rare avatar i wanna sell. I also feel like on christmas for everyone who logs in gets a certain amount of karats and gold (or do a login event) please take theese ideas into consideration.

Ok I LOVE this game but I wish that you could customize your character if you had classes that already have looks then you wouldn’t be able to be comfortable with your class if you could customize your character this game could be my favorite so in the next update pls add customization skills looks profession etc. this has been GamNoob65 : side note add a new class pls Vulcan class uses a gun blade So it’s a close range character AND a long range character DONE

Great game , been playing a while now. Even bought into it!! Not normal for me. But game has in last week become so unstable drops way to much. And the event page seems to be a very quick exit from the game! Every time event page is opened the game gives out and drops. Weak programming!? Lazy employees? I'm not sure. But
