Stuck in screen and my vip account deleted for not accessing for over a year – Kritika: The White Knights Review

Stuck on loading screen and tried countless things and still stuck. And my VIP account was deleted for not being accessed for over a year, over $200.00 was spent on it. Feel like this game is getting trash by the second.
