App resets every time I use it

Every time I attempt to use the app it resets. Not useable in its current form.

Power outage creates "no response"

Like the units. App is better. But everytime there is even a blip in the power I have to go to each device and re-pair and then setup config for the devices. Very annoying and othe manufacturer products like this one DO NOT have the issue. Do I just buy the other products and give up on yours? I have latest app updates.

I generally like the app. It would be nice that in addition to the bar graph given for the energy consumption, if there were also the specific amount of energy usage by month instead of having to judge just from the graph. Also, it would be nice if the reliability of the app were better considering I have had to reset the device already because the app would recognize the device but would not let me view in depth usage such as energy consumption. It would also be nice if the app would allow the device to fade in and fade out when turning on and off a lamp. Another suggestion would be to add the ability to set timers so a light could turn on and off at a specific time during the day.

Very easy to config. But just worked for one time, after one use im trying to config again not being able to do so!!!

Poorly designed and translated app

I recently set up the P1 HomeKit outlet. It was both a difficult process but also inelegant user experience. It took multiple tries to setup the P1 outlet with the app. It's also clear that Koogeek is not experienced with properly localizing their app and website into English, as there are many grammatical errors throughout both. I would suggest looking into other HomeKit power outlets with a better, more intuitive user experience.

Disappointing App

Limited options for automation. You can't use OR or NOT logic. UI is ok from design perspective but sometimes it's a bit frustrating to use.

Great start to the new LED lights

I installed 4 lights on 9-21-17 and they look great! I didn’t play with them for long but the one thing I did notice is the option where you can use a picture to create lighting scenes leaves a lot to desire. Whatever behind the scenes magic that’s used doesn’t smartly adjust each light to give off the variety of colors that may be in the picture. I attempted to use an evening sunset picture that had oranges,blues,yellows and red in it just didn’t capture the colors in the 4 lights I have installed. Hoping someone at Koogeek is working on improvements!!

Connecticity issues

Since iOS and tvOS 11, cannot connect to my Koogeek smartplug when away from home. Didn’t have any issues using 10. This makes the product useless.

So the outlets work fairly well with occasional connectivity issues using the Home controls and this app. The problem is that they also claim Alexa support and this just isn’t true currently. They now have two Skills for the home and neither allow Alexa to recognize the outlet
