Love it but…

My only wish for this app (and maybe they have changed it since I started using it), is that you can put more than one picture on routes, somehow I was only able to do one photo per ride. Again I might be doing it wrong :-)
I love this app but it crashes now

Crash when you hit “Start Navigation" on a route you made on a computer using the browser page. Maybe because I'm in a region I haven't paid for maps for...but then it should give me the option to buy the package, not crash.
Don’t waste your money on the premium version

This app absolutely will not download offline maps on the quite pricey premium version. Tech support takes forever to respond, couldn’t resolve the bug, and after spending a few weeks! trying to resolve the issue, they claim the refund period has passed. This was on an iPhone.
Voice Navigation Is One Big Bug

Excellent for creating routes. Terrible for directions for anything other than a loop. If you double back over a road or go out and back, komoot simple loses it’s mind and cannot give you the proper directions. It will toggle back and forth every couple seconds with different directions. It’s so easy to reproduce. Create a route that goes back over the same road mite than once or has an out and back. I’m astonished that I see so many improvement and bug fixes yet this continues to be an issue. I’ve tried adding plenty of waypoints to ensure there is only one logical next turn based on the next waypoint number. Didn’t work. As soon as you get to any point in a route that has a road you’ll be on more than once it’ll start alternating between where you should be going and where you’ve been. Amazing it’s this poor logic exists in 2021. The same exact routes work on any Garmin or Wahoo trip computer. komoot’s directions are a running joke in our riding group. As soon as it starts spouting alternate directions every couple seconds everyone starts cracking up. Kind of sad that a GPS app can’t be counted on for proper directions. I got ripped off by buying the world map package. So I can get bad directions anywhere on earth. The only way to use this without a loop route is to pull over and zoom out to see if it’s thrown you in and stop ending loop or not. Not ideal for road riding. I have plenty of route examples if the developers care to fix this. FIX THIS!!!!!
