Where are all my photos?

Sooo the print is good but there hasn’t been any recent updates and when you go on gallery to select pictures it doesn’t show all your pictures in your camera roll. Makes this printer worthless tbh. At least update the app ?

This printer has great picture quality , and it’s so cool to watch print tbh, but the only thing that makes it kind of annoying is the app is really outdated and should be updated. And when I go to find pictures from my phone to print , nothing shows up. There’s no pictures for me to print for some reason.

App doesn't recognize all your albums or all your photos. Of the 7,000+ photos on my phone it can only see about 50 of them. No point in a great printer if you can't print anything. Beyond that, the app feels like it was designed in a day, by an intern, back in 2007. It's functional but not the level of quality you would expect from a brand like Kodak. Step it up Kodak because this is embarrassing

It only gave me the option to choose 2 pictures from my camera roll out of 100+ pictures I have. Literally no other picture showed up, I can’t even print the actual picture I want. Update this app it is terrible at the moment, I might as well return the printer.

I LOVE the quality of the prints from this little printer. I currently own or have owned the other brands of mini printers and this one surpasses them all in printed image quality. However.........the App leaves a lot to be desired. I need to print 4 images per sheet and I cannot unless I spend excessive time using the free collage area.......I do not have time for that! The passport photo options, I think it's called that (can't check because the App is not operable unless the printer is on and direct connected via wifi(not a plus) There are many sizes of 2 photos per sheet choices and then it jumps to 8 per sheet!!!!!!! What the heck??? PLEASE put in a choice of 4 per sheet for us journal keepers.........please!!! And if the printer gave off it's on wifi enabling it to connect via my home wifi like my regular printer does, I would be buying so many printer cartridges you would have to step up production because not only would this print awesome images, these fixes would remove the frustration faced when using it, I would use it everyday. One last suggestion........sticker paper please!

i wasn't sure if it was the printer itself or the app because i hadn't used it in a while, but after updating, i couldn't get it to work at all. with two separate cartridges, i had the ribbon tear while trying to print. sometimes it wouldn't register that it had picked up paper, but the paper was already halfway out of the cartridge, and removing it was a nightmare—this happened twice. maybe a mechanical issue. also, half the pictures on my phone aren't showing up in the gallery, seemingly for no reason. utterly unusable.

I got the printer. The first trial the app was perfect. Went on a trip, opened the app to print, it forced me to update to a newer version and since then it stopped working. Unreal, waste of time, life and money. Dreadful.

Worked great the first time. Just tried to print again and authorized my photos again and nothing! It won't show me my photo gallery at all. I'm uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that will help. Not pleased if this is a one time is $100 camera. I'll send it back and go to HP for the Sproket. I was impressed with the quality of Kodaks photos.

I love these dye sub prints and the printer performs well, though slowly as you'd expect from a four-pass dye sub printer. This software works well with no problems. Sometimes I've had to wait a bit for the printer and iPhone to hook up— the printer generates its own Wifi network. But all in all it's pretty seamless. The only thing keeping me from awarding 5 stars is this: the software sees the camera roll and all the albums but does NOT see the photo stream. THAT would make this 5-star software. It's already a 5-star printer.

Please add iPhone X support!
