The Kodak photo printer mini can be used to print images from smartphones by simply printing via Wi-Fi.
You can take and edit pictures on smartphones or tablets. This portable KODAK printer will instantly print your precious moments.
1. Turn on the printer.
2. Find the WiFi (DIRECT-Kodak-xxxx) (pw:12345678) from the WiFi network list in Settings.
3. Select an image from the Gallery or take a photo with your smartphone.
4. Once image has been selected, edit the image with your personal preference.
5. Now press print when editing is completed.
6. When you print for the first time, it may need to update the firmware. Please follow the instruction shown on the screen of your smartphone.
7. I will take about a minute to fully print. Please do not pull the photo until it is completely printed.

Can’t print without wifi but WiFi doesn’t show up

It use to only work with Bluetooth which was great because I would print photos n stuff and now in January they updated it where you can’t use it unless you’re connected to their WiFi and Bluetooth???? But when I search it and type it the WiFi doesn’t show up. I don’t understand why this was accepted in the update. I wasted so much money on this printer and now I can’t use it?? Update your app because no one is able to print their photos and you just wasted everyone’s time and money. I hope you actually listen to our reviews and update your app to go back to only having to use Bluetooth im not going to buy the new printer either..
Same issue with not connecting to WiFi

I had deleted the app as well after not using it for a while. I went to use the printer, after downloading the app, and after fighting with the WiFi forever I realized that I had downloaded the wrong one. Once I downloaded Kodak Mini Shot, which connects via Bluetooth instead, it connected and worked flawlessly.

My mom bought me this before she passed away and it worked really well the first time, I found it again recently after moving and was super excited to use it to print some photos, but it wouldn’t connect to the Bluetooth, it was not even showing up on my phone so no printing photos for me I guess lol, bummer. I liked it when it did work the one time ?

i got this app and printer a few years ago and it worked just fine and i loved it. but now, the app asks you to connect to the printers wifi, and that wifi doesn’t exist. i’m connected to it through bluetooth but the app won’t accept that. it gives you instructions but the wifi network does not exist for the printer and it never did. they need to fix this to accommodate to the older printers too.

Tbh this app is awful glitches every time I can barely get a photo out without in crashing. So annoying because I want to use my product but straight up can’t Bc this app won’t work. Don’t buy the product or fix ur app.

Why isn’t this on the App Store anymore and why was I never notified that they aren’t supporting it anymore. I have a Kodak mini printer that is now useless as I can’t get the app to load any photos without crashing. Update this so it’s usable or remove it from the App Store and refund me for this unable printer.
My printer no longer prints!

Apple said there was an update and when I updated this app my printer no longer prints. It had no issue before then. I select the photo and the app just closes. Ugh!

I don’t understand why Kodak put a device out there without working software. It’s a crapshoot to get a picture printed on this printer from their app. About ready to throw it all in the garbage. I guess this is why Kodiak is on its way out. Technology has to work in order for people to buy it.
