Not as useful as I hoped

The app is just not useful or efficient :(. Unless there are major updates/changes, the map you get at the park is a better choice.

Can't add passes to wallet. Button does nothing. Also unhelpfully was stripped of essential information such as ride height requirements and seems to have no ability to give app feedback. Very weak app.
Inaccurate and mostly useless

Very unstable, only works about half the time. Location service is inaccurate as well as the wait times. Used to be a great app before they changed it. Now it's useless most of the time. Takes too long to load different features.
Good app, needs improvement on wait times

Nice app to have when visiting the park regularly, but the wait time has not been working in the more recent versions (atleast not on my iPhone) if this worked like he other parks apps it would make the visit much better. I really love the park and wish I had a reliable way to tell how crazy the wait times are before walking across the park to find out it's 2+ hours

Not the greatest app to navigate. Listed wait times are completely wrong. Rides that are closed are shown as being open. Rides that are open are shown as closed. And times are hardly refreshed, even if you ask the app to. The times and status of rides don't change much throughout the day. You're better off using an old fashioned paper map for navigating and looking at the lines yourself.

Wrong wait times

The wait times for Knotts scary farm were completely off. The workers holding the signs at the entrance of each maze had accurate times. So I don’t understand why that same information couldn’t be displayed in the app.
Nearly Useless

We downloaded this app for our visit to Knotts Scary Farm. Not very familiar with the park, we were expecting the app to show us our location as walked around since the app wants to use that service, but it does not. You must figure out where you are by finding the attraction you're closest to. The map is also confusing, showing more detail than needed that we couldn't figure out which was guest walkways, staff walkways or planters. There are also no wait times populated on attractions during our visit despite the app telling us they would load when the park was open - we couldn't be in the park if it was closed! The only useful thing we found about the app was descriptions of mazes we went to, but we usually just referred to the paper map we had to navigate.
