The app uses your location to keep you up to date with offers, events and activities relevant to your location. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
Pretty useful when it came to the tickets, parking pass, and the map but the waiting times for the rides were completely inaccurate. They don’t refreshing the given waiting times at all. Whatever time I saw at a certain time, it would still have the same waiting time 3-4 hours later.
The app is horrible. Map is hard to navigate with icons on top of icons. Constantly have to zoom. The wait times are the WORST. They’ve been wrong ALL DAY. Silver Bullet said 45, it was 90. Xcelarator said 20, it was 90 minutes. Even the employees I talked to said that the wait times on the app are all useless. Why even bother having the times?
App : ghost rider wait time is 5 minutes Reality: 1 hr Even I can be more accurate
It says 5 mins wait for the rails ride and get there and it 55 mins. Fix this Knott's!!!!
So yeah my tickets didn’t work I’m guessing because of the stupid app. This app deserves 0 or even negative stars. You should actually try harder compared to Disneyland and any other park. The Disneyland app actually has ACCURATE wait times, works so much better with pairing tickets, and the map is much better. So instead of knotts this summer I got to go to Disneyland! I’m so freaking excited because I’ve had bad times with knotts. So I hope you guys either fix the app or just delete it because it’s useless.
Wait times are hugely underestimated and not updated regularly. 10 min wait time can vary from 1 min to 30+ minutes.
It works fine for show times and as a park map, but the ride wait-time feature is a joke! It is so inaccurate and wrong it is utterly useless, yet this is the feature that would actually be valuable to park visitors.
The app was fine for many years showing the full calendar month’s opening and closing times. But now users can only see one day at a time, have to click every day to see the operating hours, and scroll through by week. So inefficient! Classic case of if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!
The app works ok, main purpose is to monitor wait times and plan accordingly. Ride after ride the listed wait times were dramatically lower, example Voyage to the Reef had a listed 5min wait, took an hour and the ride did not break down, Jaguar listed 10min was almost 40min, ride after ride was the same.
