I have tried to use the freecash that said I have those. Say it says freecash of $10 on clothes. I would be spending more than $10 on clothing. But when I go to redeem the $10. It says I am redeeming $8.

You ever order something online from Kmart and you finally get a text and it says ready for pick up and you get there and they say “ it’s already been picked up ! “ then you call the 1 800 number and they say “ it hasn’t been delivered yet for pick up , it won’t be ready for like 2 weeks . “ hmmm now what do you do .
Forms not working properly

The box where you type in all your information isn’t working properly. It doesn’t display what you type until you move onto the next box. Which is why I gave it a 2 Star. Not to mention a few other bugs.
Annoying, Frustrating, and Useless

This supposed app was apparently programmed by untrained buffoons. Half the time it's impossible to log in because you end up in an endless round of "captcha". No matter what you do, no matter how many rounds of insanely blurry photos you have to wade through, it never works. On days when your log in works, why bother? If you search for an item to buy, invariably the built in search engine returns 872 unrelated hits, 62 items that are out of stock, and 3 items they expect you to drive 85 minutes each way to go pick up. Poor Kmart. Even those of us who try to support them by being customers are thwarted. Update: now it has decided every time I log in or add a new item to my cart that I live in Chicago. I don’t live remotely close Chicago and never have even been to Chicago. So now I get to spend an inordinate amount of time repeatedly telling the app my actual location. Further, the app randomly crashes on a repeated basis. Poor app/website programming will be what killed Sears Holdings.

The app worked perfectly just after I downloaded it today. The app was sluggish when I was entering my phone number and CVV, as it would not show the phone number as I was entering it

I kept getting stern warnings that I couldn’t put the rather pricey item, into my cart. Fine. I went and got it somewhere else. Really annoying, time consuming and inconvenient . I could have built the darn thing from scratch by now.
