Loved the anime tracker then it changed and it’s been going down hill none stop. So hard to get to the stuff I want and it’s just not worth the hassle any more. Going back to paper and pencil to keep track of anime.

In the begging kitsu was incompatible with Aozora, and after the switch I wasn’t happy. However, after seeing the major change in the app I think it was gone a long way from 0 to hero.

I was not happy with the app at its beginning, but it’s improved a ton! The UI is really nice and it now has a lot of the features of MAL. I also enjoy the global feed, it’s got a good UI and it’s fun to interact with other anime fans. Apparently the MAL feature of showing Related anime to one you’re viewing is in the works.

I love it. However, I have one complaint. Why is Cory in the House from Disney channel on here listed as an anime? And the title is in Japanese? Actually have anime only on here, and I might respect it more and give it 5 stars. Kinda sad you just add whatever people want on there I guess.

The app is great and I haven’t had any problems since I downloaded it except for one. It won’t let me watch anything, it says “not available for your browser device” (or something like that). I’ve tried logging in on other devices but this glitch might just be me ldk. Not to mention that the longer you use it the size increases as well. After a couple of hours of usage when I first got it the app size went from 36.7 mb to 84.2 mb so I had to delete it before it used up anymore storage on my phone.

Needs an important feature

I enjoy the new layout however, there does not appear to be an advanced search option like in the previous app. This feature was the most important to me in that it allowed me to really find anime’s that fit my taste. As well as allowing me to search by whether or not the anime was finished for binge watching purposes. However, other than that this app is still the best way for me to record and manage the various anime’s I have watched.

Previously I left a negative review. Since walking away and using other apps, I’ve returned to find a much improved Kitsu. They really did a nice job fixing up the app. They’ve changed my mind.
