App just kept saying “wrong credentials” every time i tried to create an account, no matter what. I tried everything and I give up.

I’ve heard so much about this app and how much it helps to organize things, but I could not even create and account when downloading it. I went to the website and had the same issue. PLEASE fix this terrible bug, I know a lot of people are having the same issues and I want to do the community a solid my mentioning it here.

Changed my Facebook password and now they won't let me log in

I really hate this app. It keeps kicking you out and changing your settings. They make it a hassle to keep track of your series. Now they refuse to let you log in with Facebook if you changed your password for any reason. I miss Anime tracker which is the only reason I have continued to use the app. Not worth it.

How do you sign up it doesn’t let me when I put my things I’t takes like 5 mins to load and it doesn’t even let me in

i would love to give this app a fair & honest review, however every time i try to create my account it just loads then does nothing. this is both in the app and the website.

I’ve tried to create an account for this app with multiple emails and on the browser and it won’t work. Guess I’ll have to find another app...

Good but a setback

I would give it a 5-star rating but when I opened the app I was logged out. And I was kinda confused I mean I didn't log out last time. But I was going to let that slide but when I went to log back in it told me that this wasn't correct. So I thought I did something wrong. I checked everything twice it stilled said it wasn't correct. And then u thought that I changed my password so I pressed forgot my password but that didn't work either. So that really bothered me. But when I was in my account everything was fine. So if you could please fix that then I would be fine.
