The app does what it says and reasonably well. Of course there’s going to be latency/lag across the network, but for a lot of games that’s really not a problem. I’ve even played Call of Duty WWII through KinoConsole and it did the job. With a VPN server set up on my PC I can even get KinoConsole working outside of my own LAN, which is fantastic. I hope that the developers update the app once the new L3 and R3 button support comes to iOS. That’s the only major thing missing (and even there, the app does what it can to make L3 and R3 available via a menu). I have some problems with on-screen buttons. Usually the first button I set down becomes impossible to move or remove unless I force quit the app first. But since I’m using an MFi controller, I’m not too concerned.
Love this app been using it since it came out! The one thing I keep having problems with even switching devices or upgrading to pro or using there other “game pad” app; can’t use the attack button in Skyrim no matter what! Please look into this!!!
I am unable to download your server because on your website, the server download button was hacked and has a virus on it. Until that is fixed, I can't use it.
There is nothing to complain about with this app. I’m not sure what the other reviews are complaining about, most seem like they are looking for something that wasn’t advertised in the description. It connects effortlessly to my IPad and iPhone. I turn on my Nimbus controller and I’m playing all of my PC titles immediately. So good. Thank you for this app!
It seems app development has all but come to a halt. It works pretty well with a strong internet connection but there is so much room to improve the UI. It would be nice if the app would disconnect automatically if the game closes for example
This app barely playable. I believe it still in development. I keep getting launched out of the program.
I didn't expect this to work as well as it does. Almost perfectly. I've been playing ARK for a few hours using this and a G2 cardboard. The headtracking works well with games that allow you to use either mouse/gamepad without having to change the control scheme in settings, eg. ARK. The audio quality could be better, but I'm playing in the same room as my pic and use its soundcard, so it hasn't bothered me in the slightest.
Could use a better encoding system on it some times you get this long lasting pause on your screen but not on the computer please fix this super annoying, but still works awesome Btw PLEASE MAKE IT SO I CAN PLAY ON DIFFERENT WIFI!! I know you guys are working on it for iOS but please fix that and redo to main screen to pic games, many take a look at steam OS??
Im actually pleased by it but their are some bugs like the only d pad right thing and the audio quality is pretty horrid but other than that a very very good app im satisfied
