App wont open / start

I want to play so bad but every time I open the game it just close right away upon opening the app. I am on iPhone 7 plus latest firmware. I hope the devs will fix it ASAP. Devs, Please look into this issue as I really love the gameplay, the look and animation. Thanks!

Played the tutorial and already hooked onto the game. Reminds me of space invaders combined with an rpg aspect. The game does not require much grinding to get new characters and the developers are quite generous with the amount of “gems” they give you. Overall, great idea in gameplay and i don’t think theres any other game on the market similar to this.

Enjoy the game but please fix co-op

The game is nice and enjoyable but the co-op mode is unbearable. I queued for 15 mins and not a single person joined up in the event that gives bonus items in co-op mode. Either the game is very dead or something wrong with the multiplayer mode

I’d really like for it to have a hero and weapon compendium of some sorts. I’m a collector type player and would love for there to be a list of heroes and weapons so I can keep track of things. It would also give players an idea of low tier weapons and/or heroes they might be missing. Also it’d be great to have weapon descriptions to help pair certain weapons with their respective characters. As an obsessive marcher it drives me up the wall not knowing which 4* weapon belongs to the right 4* hero.

After the newest maintenance update for the game it won’t let me play it. I tried restarting my phone and deleted unnecessary apps and pictures but to no avail! It keeps saying a new version is available, please update the app and I go to update it and it’s already updated ?

Love this game. Most don’t know it’s roots because it was before they were even born. (Myself included.) Not only that but it never came to the states, so it’s not surprising most Americans are moaning about this not being another boring turn based final fantasy game. Anywho I’m enjoying it. I haven’t had problems others are having other than non regular pop ups of people in co-op. But I’m assuming that’s because not a lot of people play where I’m from and the most I connect with are usually Japanese since I’m always seeing kanji names and getting more connections really deep into the night. My one grinding issue with co-op though is that if you get a call, a low battery notification or etc. it IMMEDIATELY desyncs you from the other players and you’re now running around with easily dying bots if you’re playing a higher difficulty co-op dungeon. Other than that the game is solid and I play it all the time.

Ok so I try to open the game but I’d say there is a update I go to update it but then it’s says there is no update so I go back to the app and it’s says that I need to update. I need help to fix this problem have any advice with out deleting the game I don’t want to restart

Since this event started the game crashes all the time. Never crashed before. Nothing worse than getting to the boss and then it crashes. I lose all my rewards and the time off my 2x orb hourglass. WILL NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE UNTIL THIS PROBLEM IS FIXED!!!

I’m enjoying the game and loving the tie in event with FFXV; but frequently, after joining co-op matches, the game will crash. Very frustrating, especially while trying to get the event currency. My only other complaint is the extremely low drop rate for 4-5 star characters. It’s lower then similar popular gacha apps like FEH. There are lots of opportunities to earn Regalite for pulls, which I am grateful for, however. On the plus side, I love games with lots of backstory for each character (usually hard to find in an app) and the character profiles and side quests are a very appreciated touch.
