I can’t get past the tutorial and if I do it resets and creates a endless loop I have tried 5 times all ready

This game has progressed to being centered around p2p more so than every player. I’ve played for a year + and when I spend jewels on banners for new medals I literally only get medals I previously had and once I hit the mercy pull I will recieve ONLY the new medal advertised. This makes it impossible to progress past certain levels in PVE, PVP and higher strength quests. The economy system for gaining jewels doesn’t make sense- the developers think events that give 5000 jewels makes them accessible but it doesn’t as this is a small dent in what you need for mercy pulls. There needs to be alternative ways to earn medals than just via spending 30k jewels on a 10 mercy pull banner as that is absurd. The fact that the developers don’t notice this shows again the reality of my first sentence: the game is centered around p2p. There isn’t much else exciting happening with new features of events. Put some effort in for ALL of your players!

For some reason when I do the tutorial it completely restarts and I have to do the tutorial over again! It repeats over and over and over and I can’t play the actual game! I love kingdom hearts but please fix this! (If it’s not a glitch please tell me what to do to fix this problem)

The game tries very hard to tempt you with weekly and monthly “deals” that are $15 and $100 respectively. Playing the core game, getting through the story don’t need any purchasing to go through. You get a steady stream of “jewels” which is the premium currency for this game, just let them build up before spending since the banners are completely random, but sometimes have a “mercy” after X pulls.
