I’m a guy and just started in real estate so odds likely are less slim that I will need the assistance of this app. I downloaded it because it was free from an association. However, as part of using the app it asked me to provide 6 emergency contacts in my phone book. Well as I’m now finding out these 6 emergency contacts have been contacted by life line in an effort to market their app. If I had know upfront and clearly that was the purpose I never would have downloaded the app. In fact, because I didn’t know that my contacts would be notified, my contacts text me upon receiving notice from life line and asked me if the app was spam! In a way I feel deceived into providing those contacts to the app. I hope if I delete the app that a message will be sent to my contacts that I deleted the app and they won’t be bothered by solicitation of the app. I’m wondering legally if the app should have been upfront as to why they needed the contact numbers? The introduction video did not indicate why those numbers were needed. It’s a form of misrepresentation. As a result, I’ve contacted my dear friends and family to advise them of my mistake of providing there numbers to life line. I will be deleting the app on the same day that I downloaded the app. Thanks life line for misrepresenting me and your app.

I had trouble with this app. Then I get a call from someone there telling me that I should get rid of my negative review in order to get a free month of your app. I think being honest is more important. The people who use this app should be able to be honest with their experience. Please be more concerned about the people who use this app and listen to what they say rather then trying to defend your app and company.

I don’t like the fact that the pin shows on the screen. I don’t need a reminder of my pin. Other than that, I love the app.

I’ve used this app before and it’s really good. So, why only three stars? There are some minor complaints I have. The disarm pin shows up on the app-Now I know that this is for people so they don’t forget their disarm pin, but this flaw can be used against all those people as well because an attacker can open it, see the code, and enter the correct one so that no police will be called, thus ensuring they will be able to commit their crime without incident. Invalid phone number on website-They have a phone number listed that they want people to call for customer support. I’ve tried to call this number, but when I did, I was greeted with a message informing me that the number had been disconnected. I’ve made the customer service aware of this and they’ve suggested several options to try, all of which resulted in the same message. They still have the same number on the website, so i don’t know if they are planning on reactivating the number or are getting a new one, but i wish they would take care of the problem. Lifelines get alerted when not an emergency-When I had this app, I accidentally activated a false alarm and all my lifelines texted me asking if I was okay; so, I had to text all of them back explaining that it was a false alarm. I think this is a big flaw and lifelines should only be notified if there is an actual emergency; so I hope this gets fixed. In conclusion; I really liked this app despite the few complaints. It operates the same as Safetrek as well as having more options like a duress pin to trick a criminal into thinking you shut off the app as well as a timer mode for hands free protection(both things that I wish safetrek would have). I honestly keep fighting with myself whether I should keep Safetrek or get this app instead. Honestly, the issues that I’ve mentioned is probably one reason why I haven’t really switched. I’d be more then willing to switch if my concerns were addressed.

I think it's crazy that it has the disarm pin! I think that for everyone safety this app should be for free it's crazy that we have to pay to keep ourselves safe! And not everyone can afford the yearly or monthly cost! A life is more important than money!!!

I really like the new design and features in this update. I find very useful to receive the events near me and receive notifications. The watch is a very handy option to start timers on the go. Great job!

This App can really save someone's life! During a Robbery, Car Accident, Walking Down A Dark Street At Night Alone or Even If You Are Having A Medical Problem And Need Help. I feel much safer now that I know I can push A button and get help immediately! Thank You!!
