Frustrating!!

This app is constantly bugging out & offers no support. Asks me to sign in with every click. Crazy, it never seems to glitch when it eats my $2.99 each month. I'm deleting now & canceling my subscription now for 2nd time.

Out of all the apps of this family I have this one is updated the most. But still mostly an advertisement for her stuff obviously

Who is coming up with these prices?? Your consumption would be so much higher if you thought of a new monetization strategy. The app should engage users the second they open it, to compel them to want to dig further and understand what they're paying for- you can't cut them off out of the gate and just demand their money.

Nothing loads properly and a lot of links are dead. The app makes me sign in everytime I tap on something and won't restore my subscription. Developer website doesn't provide support, that link is dead as well. Honestly expected more from KKW.

You know, I was a huge fan of Kim's app and subscribed from day one, but this is bogus. The new format of the app is absolutely horrendous. It crashes all the time and isn't worth the $3.00 a month. The content is boring, she no longer live streams (which is a main reason why I subscribed) and there's MAYBE more than one piece of new content each day except for Saturdays and Sundays. There aren't anymore video tutorials (makeup or hair). It's ultimately turned into one big commercial for her products. It's seriously not worth the money anymore.
