Before it was upgraded there was actual make up tutorials/ now it’s just stupid quizzes and vacation photos....consumers want fashion, beauty, tutorials etc... thinking of cancelling soon!

Needs an update

Crashes each time I look at an article. The icons on the page aren't responsive to my device size, so small and misplaced I can't click the correct one.

I’m seriously trying to cancel my subscription Bc I just can’t afford this at the moment. Someone please help, it’ll be very much appreciated.

I was billed before the trial period ended and I couldn’t find a way to cancel my subscription in the app itself (which is a joke). They hope that you forget you made a subscription commitment when downloading the first time so they can fly under the radar and pull money from you each month. I have no idea why I downloaded this in the first place... such a waste of money.

No longer worth the money

You know, I was a huge fan of Kim's app and subscribed from day one, but this is bogus. The new format of the app is absolutely horrendous. The content is boring, she no longer live streams (which is a main reason why I subscribed) and there's MAYBE more than one piece of new content each day except for Saturdays and Sundays. It's ultimately turned into one big commercial for her products. It's seriously not worth the money anymore.
