A good app but what they don’t tell you is only get 5 days free before you have to pay for it. It states that you can “upgrade” to get add free. Either way you will have to start paying after day five.

This is a good app it has good workouts on self defense technique, but it’s not teaching you the right way. The first mistake is the animation never moves its hips or feet when it goes in for a punch those are the main things for a good punch and as for the moy ti you NEVER want to lean away from your opponent. If you update on how to do moves properly it’ll be a really good app.

Complete my beginner level 30 days. Going to start the intermediate level, so far awesome..... improved my stability, arm power, control over squats. And also lost 5 lbs in one month ......Thanks and suggestion is that add some workouts for waist.

Great app! Loving it so far but I used up my free trial and it won’t let me go premium for some reason. Maybe a bug or something Please fix this
