I have never received a response when requesting a dealer appointment via the app, and when I have tried to or sent diagnostic data via the app the local Kia dealership does not get it. The local Kia dealership (Sunset Kia of Auburn) told me they have no idea where any of this information sent by the app even goes. I am not sure what usefulness this has at all?

Keep getting “error on server” issues when trying to log into app!!?? I deleted app and reinstalled several times and reset password. No bueno! Why is there a register button that does nothing?? Is this app a kindergartener’s summer school project?

Well...not sure what the issue was...but this afternoon I got all the features to work on my new 1920 Telluride. So I’ll go from 2 stars to 5...and 6 if keeps working! OOPS!! 2020 Telluride.

Can’t get past the in car setup

This is app seems like it would be great if I could get past the in car setup page!! I have deleted and downloaded it several times. I’m suppose to have all of this extra stuff but I can’t get to because the app doesn’t work. I have a 2020 Sportage Sport premium package. We were told we have navigation thru the UVO services.

I downloaded the application on my iPhone XR and when I attempted to click the register button it does nothing. It just shows the animation of the button depressing and doesn’t take you to another page thus I’m not able to register to utilize application on my phone. Based on reading all the other review messages I restarted my phone and I didn’t fix the issue. I do not want to go to the website to register I should be able to do so through the application. Please fix.

So...I got a Kia Soul Plus and I was trying to put the UVO app on my phone but some reason I can not register under the “register” I con located on the bottom of the page??. Pressing it does nothing....

Sadly, the app won’t even allow me to register. The dealership was very excited to tell us about how convenient the app was. I tried setting it up there, it didn’t work. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it several times hoping doing so would reset everything and allow registration. It has not. It’s been five days. It’s discouraging to say the least.
