Tired of constant problems

Overall the program is great service is horrible I have a VPN on three devices all three have a different location which I change ever month My I phone VPN is in USA I change cities each month Now my phone is blocked AGAIN I don’t live in the UK or any part oh The Eu I do use the apt on my iPad or laptop so why block phone This is annoying crap to have to complain every time this happens

I used and enjoyed this app in the past and had quite an amount of card and other information stored there. For the last couple of months I’ve not been able to use or update the app because I get a message indicating the “app is no longer supported in the EU”. This suggests the app identifies me there as opposed to the US where I reside. I thought it might be a problem with my iPad and phone so I’ve spent 3 long calls with Apple to resolve the issue, but the problem isn’t theirs. Apple then referred me to the App developer and I have sent three emails to them, none of which has received a response. I would have rated the app much higher if I could continue to use it or get a response from the developer.

I’ve had this app for a few years now on my Samsung note that broke and just recently install it on my older model iPhone. It works great on both devices using the account I made with all my saved loyalty cards. A must have if you a lot of store cards.

Great app for keeping store point cards

Instead of those annoying little store club cards on your key chain use this app to easily show the bar code at check out. Works great for me for the past 5-6 years.

Pip up ads are annoying

It is extremely annoying to pull up your barcode and then have an ad pop up covering up your barcode

Whenever I get a new iPhone this app won’t transfer my cards over to my new iPhone and you can’t call anyone for help and I hate trying to do it through emails because I never gets accomplished so now I have app but no cards!!!!

I’m not in the EU! Why did this disappear??

Why did my info disappear? All I get is the message that it’s not available in the EU any longer but I’m not in the EU! I need my information from the cards I had in here. I used it only a few months ago.

I go to my grocery store this am, go to check out, bring up app and immediately the app crashes, try again, same results. I check out with my phone number. Get home and find out that a new release of the app was installed overnight on my iPhone. Obviously not tested out.
