Thanks for your help, I’ve always loved the app and this is the first time I’ve had trouble in all the years I’ve used it. I use it on my iPhone 6 Plus and I pad.
Update Ruined an excellent app

I love Ring and use it for all my rewards cards and my grocery lists. It is very easy to use and up until this latest update, it had no issues. Now, I can’t add notes to any of my shopping items. Every time I click on an item in my list it kicks me out of the system! Which means, no notes for sale items in the store, no adding pictures, no special notes to myself regarding specific brands, etc! I’m totally frustrated and ready to find another program. This used to be the best out there!
Just won’t work

Says I have no cards on file. I have attempted numerous times to log in. I also requested to change my password in case I’m using the wrong one and it has yet to send me a link. It’s also skipping out of screens causing multiple attempts to enter my email. Extremely dissatisfied! I lost some cards so really needed this. Top it off no customer support that I can find.
No Apple Wallet Support

The app page clearly has a banner that says supports Apple Wallet. And yet I can’t find anything in the app that allows me to add my cards to Wallet at all. Complete junk and a lie. Do not download this app if you are wanting to add your loyalty cards to Apple Wallet.

With each passing year this app is less and less useful. I cannot categorize items anymore and now the editing function doesn’t work. I’m looking for a new solution.

Now it keeps crashing and closing out whenever I try to edit a grocery list item or photo, or even enlarge a grocery list photo to view it better. So aggravated.

Can’t go in and add notes. It crashes every time I try. Some of my entries has lists that I used. But now it just crashes. Please fix.
