Once you start a test you can't stop it close out the app and restart if need be . Would like more user friendly options for the money I haven't been able to use this app since it never closes out if I close it out. The test never stops frustrating

So pumped as I finally have a little virtual coach for the bells that also plays music. Just a no-brainer...This app is excellent!


Good workout but tries too hard

They have a lot of exercises on here but many of them are kind of stupid tweaks and I don't understand how they improve over simply doing the basics. It feels like they are trying to show off a lot of exercises rather than just put together the most effective workouts possible. I would rather do the same best possible basic workout every day.

I really want to like this app. My problem with it is that it requires you to enter your email, password, and preferences every time you open it. This should be unnecessary and is the major flaw I have with the app. Otherwise I would rate it a 5.

I used this app all the time and it used to be great but now it makes me sign in every time I open the app and it never remembers what day and level I left off from last. And now it freezes when I press pause! Please fix this issue so I can use this app again!

Be prepared to get a lighter bell for pressing exercises, ab stuff. Wish there were an exercise glossary, but doesn't appear to be any in the app. Not impressed. Just randomly generated workouts. Haven't really seen any good kb apps -- surprising.


Great workouts - app could use an update though

I love the workouts this app puts together for me. As cheesy as this sounds, it's actually like having a personal trainer with you. I had never worked out with kettle bells before, and after about three months I'm a) totally hooked, and b) have seen a significant change in my body and overall fitness. Really really amazing. Some criticisms/suggestions for the developers: - Better instruction on how to do exercises. Perhaps an entire menu of exercises where you can choose an exercise and just get instruction on it, outside the context of your timed workout. - This needs a major iOS8 style update. - Every time I open the app after it's been closed, it opens to the end of Beginner Workout Day 1. I have to stop it and reconfigure all the workout settings. - Because of the last item, it does not save my workout progress or history. So every time I open it, the app thinks it's my first time. Annoying also because I have to remember which workout I did last. - If I'm listening to music or a podcast outside of the app, while I'm running the app it turns the volume down on my other audio the entire time the app is open. It should only turn my other stuff down when the instructor is speaking, otherwise keep it at normal volume. - The app gets a little confused when you close it during rest periods. If I'm working out during the day, I'll often need to check my email or send a message, eg. Anyway, definitely looking forward to a big update sometime soon.

I love that this app has a virtual trainer working alongside you! I also appreciate that my own music can be incorporated into the workout! I hope to see more kettlebell workout apps like this in the future.


Can't get past 5 minute test

Can't get past the 5 test, even when I change the setting. Wish I hadn't paid for this... Not worth the money.
