Tired of being led

Trying to add anything is difficult unless you make and eat one of their custom meals. Info for restaurants doesn’t match restaurants website nutritional info. What a waste of $8.99!

Overall great to begin keto from scratch. Makes tracking goals and learning recipes easy with the ingredients added to shopping basket. As an improvement custom ingredients measurements could be more detailed as in the Lose It app. Also we should be able to add them to favorites & shopping basket. This way we would have a One Stop App to manage our life style. Please be mindful that bar codes and restaurant sections do not work outside of the US ?

So worth the money! The details in tracking everything from the food you eat, to the water you drink, the mood your in, your body fat, lipids, glucose, and so much more. It is really great! You can scan foods for easy tracking.There are recipes and a blog. I mean WOW! Thank you so much for such a great App!

Hoped this would be the end of the search for a Keto diet app, but won’t be. Added my first restaurant meal and there was no protein on the meal and no way to change or modify it. I’ll continue to use my other app and maybe pull menu ideas from here but until you can get the right info added it’s, in my opinion a waste of $8.99. Lesson learned. The hard way.

I really like that this app doesn’t require a subscription like most of the other apps I have seen in the App Store. It does take a while to program your own foods into the app if you decide not to use the included recipes (the broccoli and cheese soup is one of my favorites), but once they are in, logging your meals is a snap. I highly recommend this app to anyone starting the Keto diet!
