I want a refund, I only used it for the 3 day trail. How do I cancel and get a refund? I want my 40$ back

Great concept, needs improvements

For the most part I love the app and everything I can do in it, especially since it’s in my opinion the best free Keto app on the App Store. One thing I would change is that when your adding items to your shopping cart, sometimes you need the same item for multiple recipes but it won’t combine the quantities, so today I had 3 bottles of olive oil pop up on my list even though I only needed the 1 bottle for all 3 recipes. Another thing I noticed is that the nutritional facts when scanned into the app don’t match up with the labels on the products. I knew that I was within my carb intake but in the app it said that I wasn’t. All in all it’s a great app and I recommend it to anyone on the Keto/ low carb diet.

I can’t even preview the app or look around a bit without being forced to sign up? Yes I realize it’s a three-day free trial ... but I wonder how many people forget to deactivate before being charged the full $39.99? I just want to see what the app is all about ?

I didn’t want the yearly subscription and just realized I was charged for it!! I never used the app and I followed the instructions to cancel and there’s no way to do it for me at all. There’s also no email or customer support I can find please help I want my $40 back!!

Don’t download this app! I ordered it through my iPhone on Apple Pay & ordered the 3 day free app. Read the entire app in 15 minutes. It tells you basic foods to eat & what not to eat & lists a handful of recipes as examples, tells how to buy urine dip sticks through Amazon if you want to check your urine to see if you are in ketosis & poof - after 3 days it automatically signed me up for a years subscription for $39.99 & I’ve jumped through hoops trying to get a refund but all they’ll do is cancel it after the year’s up in 2019. ***** Updated at end of year. Not only did it charge me $39.99 for a year’s premium subscription but the app never allowed me to see anything other than the few samples & recipes it showed from the free 3 day app. For $39.99 I should have got monthly recipes & newsletters, I never received another thing & they took my 39.99 & never refunded it. Don’t bother wasting your money. Instead google keto recipes & do it on your own. This was pure scam.

Wish I could rate this app any lower than 1 star. App is very deceptive in its subscription model. It enrolls automatically and cancellation doesn’t result in refund. The content on the app is subpar and mostly found for free on the internet. This should have never been approved for App Store. Do not subscribe or even download this app.
