The app is good lots of choices to pick food would like a recipe option also the app will let you set custom macros but they don’t save when you go into my log that’s why I have it 3 stars very frustrating.

I downloaded the app and started the free 3 day trial. Before the 3 days even ended I was charged the $39.99. This app has some useful info but nothing that would be worthy of a $40 price tag. I could have used google for free to find recipes. Very disappointing ?

Don’t waste your time. It’s free for 3 days then it’s $40 per year. $40? For a phone app?!
Excellent recipes; a ? in the Favorites feature

All the recipes I’ve tried so far are excellent but pretty frustrating that I went through and marked all my Favorites then every time I open the app my Favorites shows “0” items, I have to select one is the other categories, X out of that then scroll down to see all my Favorite recipes are now showing - should be a simple fix to correct.......cause super frustrating for me as I use this app everyday!

I thought that this was a free app. But it is NOT. The cost for this annual subscription is $41.66. When I tried to get a refund but Apple said that I did not qualify for a refund. Apparently it was because I didn't read my emails for two days (I got the receipt from Apple on May 12th, 2019 @ 2:06pm and read my email on May 14th, 2019 at about 3:45pm.) I think I opened the app. when I got it for perhaps 5 minutes. After being rejected by Apple I went to my credit card company. They said that their experience with Apple is that Apple will no longer allow me to use that credit card again. If extortion is their policy rather than customer support/service then why would I want to buy another IPhone? How about having a policy that informs you that they are going to charge you BEFORE they charge you??????????
Clean looking app but some features broken

I have a yearly subscription, but the app deletes my saved recipes every time I close it. I can go into the settings to manage and restore “purchases” which sometimes repopulated my saved recipes, sometimes not. There is no direct option for help or to contact support, which I would expect. On the settings page there is no back button or navigation to get back to the main page. Fortunately you can swipe back, but it’s not intuitive for a site that is pretty clean otherwise. The “getting to Ketosis faster” has said “coming soon” since I subscribed months ago. I will not be purchasing another year subscription if the features aren’t fixed.
