Love the exercises, not the narration.

Does a great job of helping you to remember to do your exercises, and the incremental increases are really great. I just can't stand Emily's voice. Wish there was a way to turn it off while keeping the sound effects for the intervals.

I've had the first version of this app for a few years; wasn't expecting any update at all but so happy to see that the feature to "exercise in the background" has been added while everything else (which is great) has stayed the same. Thanks!

Ok I just started and love it I've done kegels before but never really knew how or for how long, big help!!! I highly recommend if! As for lurking ascending their is a way to turn of her voice it in setting, audio

Love it! Been working on kegel camp for over a year now and the results are better than expected. This is a wonderful way to work with root chakra! Can't recommend it enough for awareness/energy work. I look forward to doing kegel camp every day. I'd love to see some ongoing support though. Can't give it a full five stars without an update to accommodate larger screens. And I'd absolutely love to see an option to customize your workout and rest times. 6/29/15: The newest update does support recent devices' large screens. I can't get the app to work in the background, so it still seems you're tied to keeping the app onscreen to use it. Still no customizable workouts.

This is an awesome app that does exactly what it promises. Only thing I would ask is add a night mode because the screen is too bright when I am preparing for bed.
