With this service you can only send SMS But you cannot receive SMS. All I needed this for was to receive SMS text messages but they don’t tell you upfront.. it only says SMS service.
Not connecting to the internet

I am a customer of your for over few months now and did not have any major issues till now. But since 2 weeks I am having connection issues. I tried to make an international call and I received the message “It seems your internet connection is not strong enough. Do you want to call offline?”, even after having a very strong internet signals. And when accept the off line call, it says, “ Your authentication failed, Goodbye.” Somebody has to look into this issue.
After 3 months I got this phone number called every time said phone busy

Although I was connected to internet, it keep saying “You don’t have offline calling features set up. Do you want to enable it now?” I tried with my mobile internet, wi-fi. But nope it won’t get connected. I wish I could get the balance amount I have in my account.
Not easy to add credit

It’s a great app, I use it to stay in touch with family abroad that aren’t so on board with technology. Only problem I have with it is that adding credit isn’t straight forward at all which makes no sense to me.
Great but can’t load more credits!!

Software is messed up. There is nothing in this app that allows you to purchase more credits. I clicked on every link in the app and there is NOTHING that allows you to add credit.

Thank you so much for allowing me to talk with my loved ones who have no access to internet or don’t know how to use it! Keep up the great service you’re providing us with, this is the only way I can get in touch with my bedridden mom who’s in a nursing home overseas.
