I purchased a 5$ credit to be able to make a call but it didn't add my credit to the app.

I purchased a 5$ credit but then they didn’t give me the credit to use it. I don’t know how they have these stars but I give them zero.
Web Calling Feature Missing & SMS Don’t Work!

I just purchase $5 credit and attempted to send an SMS to an international phone number. Text message shows “Failed to send”. Already sent a message to customer service twice. Still no response. I then attempted to troubleshoot both via my app and also on the website and still the Web Calling Application is still missing from My Account. The only reason why I downloaded this app is because it says you can text from anywhere in the world. Not so reliable an app after all. Demanding refund. Totally disappointed.

I bought 5$ credit for making call to Iran but unfortunately with this app I can’t even send a message!!! All my messages failed and the calls didn’t connect!!! And my credit decreased for failed messages and waiting for connecting!!!

As soon as buying credit for a specific area they increased the rates for that area 1.5 times!! their service is very poor every time trying to call I just spend several minutes to be able to talk & it connects to a different number!! Which is completly wired!! definitely don’t recommend!!
Sudden increase in rates!

Due to internet shutdown in Iran, the rates have suddenly increased and now that internet is back, the rates are still high even though it was mentioned that the rates will decrease as soon as the situation allows it! Never gonna use this app again!!!

There were some apps out there that offered FREE calling because of the Internet shut down in Iran. BUT KeepCalling App took advantage of this situation and bumped the rate up! Which is not acceptable to me! I asked them multiple times for a refund for my account. But it never happened! Terrible customer service! I will never ever use your services.
