Service can be great, but if you ever have an issue there is nobody to talk to, nothing can be refunded or cancelled and there is little to no transparency on fees and policies. Terrible customer service.

Korean language is populating in USA English users airline milage plan search menu. Also, the list is missing United Airlines: Mileage Plus Which is different than Alaska Airlines: Mileage Plan Also, overall, most of the USA and Canadian airline names are not showing up in the search list. Southwest is missing WestJet is missing... HTH :-))
