I originally bought a few wemo switches and plug, but when I saw Amazon had these for $15 less per switch, I thought I’d give them a try. I’m really glad I did because I’ve added several more once I saw they were just as simple to install and worked just as well. The wemo app was a little more slick, but since I control them via Alexa, I don’t really care about the specific app as much. Highly recommend!
Great App and Hardware Integration, Just Missing One Thing...

The app and it’s supported hardware work exactly as advertised, but it’s always a little bit roundabout to go into the app to manually turn devices on and off. What would be ideal is a Control Center button or a Widget to toggle a device easily and quickly. Simply being able to swipe up, or left from the home screen, would give this app my fifth star. Otherwise, it’s darn near perfect.

I had tried several different brands of smart switches. The worst of them so far was Wemo and this has been the best. I have several of these throughout my home and they are very solid. I’ve not had one single failure from Alexa commanding them since I installed several weeks ago. Many other brands are hit or miss in their operations. Through Alexa. I would highly recommend these switches and plugs. TP Link has just released a dimmer (HS220) as well but it’s not in stock at the time of this review. I’m eager to try one out and hopefully replace my Leviton Decora.

Ever since the last update, my smart plug won’t locate my secure network and won’t accept it as a manual network.

I love the timer function and scheduler for future OFF commands. Timer preset should be user preset not 30 mins
Broke Current Watt 4 Character display over 999

On the HS110 energy monitoring plug, “Current Watts” now only displays as “1,,,”. This is a huge problem as I use this functionality quite often. I see others have pointed this out as well. Please resolve this issue or the 10 plugs I currently own and use will be useless. Side note... I don’t use any accessibility features that would impact the text size in this field. I use normal default text size on a large iPhone 7 Plus. Please resolve this issue.
Update screwed up the stats

The latest update (ver 2.0 build 522) screwed up the display in the app. I have several HS110 smart plugs with energy monitoring. After updating to the recent release of the Kasa iOS app, the Current Power on all my plugs show "1... W". Please fix it.
